Event Coordinators

The event coordinator option allows people to assign speakers to classes without giving them access to anything else. This feature can save you a great deal of time. A common use case is if you have many classes each with several speakers or panelists. If committees are responsible for selecting the panelists it's easier to let the committees update the system directly.

 

  1. login to the CRM
  2. select manage from the event menu
  3. select your event
  4. select manage coordinators in the +options menu
  5. use the form to upload the list of coordinators

You can also use the add coordinator link in a persons CRM profile.
