Duplicate transactions in event registration

I had a vendor attempt to register for convention. During the registration process she said they received a “declined” warning and then processed to submit the information again and received a “duplicate record” warning. Could you please let me know what occurred with this registration, if they need to resubmit, etc…




1. Login to the CRM.

2. Find the persons profile.

3. Click view order history.

4. Look for a paid transaction for that event.

5. If there is no paid transaction, tell the client to try again and if it fails again, to call their bank.
