If someone has two accounts you can quickly merge them by:

1. logging into the CRM

2. finding the two accounts

3. figuring out which is the oldest and which is the newest by looking at created / modified dates and or order history

4. getting the ID# of the oldest account

5. pasting it into the merge tool of the newest account
