Often you have 'special' people that will have either free, reduced rate or tickets that don't apply to the general public. Rather than you do the work of registering each of those special people by hand we devoloped our discount option to allow you to do less work and your special registrants to register themselves.

To setup these special options:

1. login to the CRM

2. select the event manager

3. select your event

4. select Registration from the options menu

5. select the + sign beside the reg type you are needing to create special codes for

6. complete the form
