In addition to programming and registration, you can include other items such as meals or merchandising in your event in the Additional Sales panel of the Event Wizard.

 

Here's now:

 

1) Enter the name as you wish it to appear on your event website

2) Enter a description, which will appear as a link with a separate pop up window

3) Check whether you want this to be a required selection for the registrant (yes or no) or not

4) Enter the price of the item (dinner ticket, t-shirt, etc.)

5) Enter the budgeted expense for this item (if applicable)

6) Enter the maximum number of items that can be sold

7) Enter the venue or room name (if applicable)

8) Enter the start and ending times (if applicable)
