Upgrade to the Duration and Download Page
We updated the duration and download page with an email form that will let you send an email as you change a clients duration / subscription / membership or their file download or data access priviledges.
This simple form allows you to automatically and quickly personalize an email to your clients, it also sends you a copy. If you like this feature you can update your templates using the base template feature or ask us to udpate it for you. NOTE: The personalization feature uses the same method as the e-blaster, which V_ (for variabe) and the variables name(to get a complete list of variables to use check out the form manager in the system configuration area).
